Weather, please cooperate... Milan's Third Thursday event is in full swing, with Tolan Square overflowing around the corner, and vendors using additional space within participating stores.  There are food vendors, artisans, farmers market stalls and more.  Entertainment is being provided by both No Sin In Eden, and Stuart Benbow.  They'll be playing separately and together, providing that the thunder, lightning, and downpour swing wide of us.
